Things we can help with

• A measurement the page does not give: an internal diameter, a handle length, a lid thread size.
• Whether a lid, cover or ring will fit something you already own, if you can measure it.
• How many of something an event of a given size needs, although the planner on the front page answers most of these instantly.
• Sizing on bulk clothing, which is worth asking before ordering forty of anything rather than after.
• Something on this site that looks wrong: a price, a photograph, a pack size, a specification.

Things we cannot help with

Orders, payments, delivery and returns are handled by the store where you checked out rather than by us, so their support team can act on those and we cannot. If you tell us what you have and what went wrong, we can usually work out which product and which pack you are dealing with before you contact them.
